. Designed a PU handbag from scratch, including every component, then
sourced, developed and delivered 30,000 pieces that sold out on-air
and online in less than 24 hours. Directed 100% of the process from
concept to delivery.
. Reduced the overall price of the Huggable Hanger, Home Shopping
Network's number one selling product, by 25% and it's accessories by
15% and then further reduced the prices for the largest order of the

. Sourced a new factory and signed a new contract in less than a week in
order to transfer and save over $1 million dollars of inventory during
a production stand-off.
