o Developed a prototype ultrasonic staking process for climate control

housings in order to reduce the amount of screws needed for HVAC system

assembly

o Participated in a lean manufacturing workshop, and applied the

principles to study an assembly line for process improvements

( Assisted in the launch of a new high volume assembly line, including

performing gage R & R, testing part dimensions, and engineering

troubleshooting on any launch issues

o Developed new engineering specification for the power steering system

suction line

o Created both current and future state value stream maps for the

manufacture of alternator assemblies
