2011 – Present Samtec, Inc. Process Floor Manager

• Oversee and manage 12 production associates

• Act as the liasion between the Engineering department and the production workers.

• Work closely with engineering department on product design and machine builds. Actively

involved with the new product from inception to completion.

• Developed and expanded 4 new locations in Minnesota.

• Worked with relators, vendors and local governmental agencies to start new locations.
