• Oversee and manage 12 production associates
• Act as the liasion between the Engineering department and the production workers.

• Oversee 25+ employees in 4 internal departments.
• Scheduled workload for entire department on all 3 shifts.

• Worked closely with the Engineering department and vendors to improve procedures and
reduce overhead.

• Managed 5 area testing stations in Jefferson County Kentucky.
• Directly responsible for 15 management positions and 50+ employees.
• Oversaw and developed training program for company.

customer issues and audit results.

• Developed and expanded 4 new locations in Minnesota.
• Worked with relators, vendors and local governmental agencies to start new locations.
