Inbound sales: Take approximately 90 inbound calls a day, full time. Work

at a computer, using Oracle, Microsoft Office, and internet simultaneously.

Fill orders for RICOH copier, fax machine, and printer consumable supplies,

such as toner, developer, maintenance kits, PCU's, fuser units and others.

Handle customer service issues. Dispatch tech support personnel to repair

machines that malfunction, at customer's request. Utilize typing skills,

order entry skills, customer service skills, communication skills, time

management skills, sales skills, conflict resolution skills, and knowledge

of office machinery.

Completed several informative classes regarding handling customers, dealing

with problems, and retaining clients. Winner of numerous awards.

Previous position: 1995-2002 Inbound/Outbound Sales Rep

MCI Telecommunications: Four years in outbound sales to small and medium

sized businesses.. Made over 150 calls a day. Sold MCI phone service.

Worked one year in customer service, handling customer complaints and

technical questions regarding call routing and long distance service. Used

computer technology to issue new vanity 800 numbers. Calculated the cost of

international calls, especially from one country to another.

1999-2001. Designed private phone lines using MCI proprietary

software, TCom for one year. Interacted with local phone companies, techs

in the field and customers.

Previous position: 1987-1993

Empress Travel//Owner: Trained in System One (Eastern Airlines), PARS

(Delta Airlines), SABRE(American Airlines) computer systems. Operated a

store front travel agency in Plainfield, New Jersey. Made travel

arrangements anywhere in the world. Sold cruises, vacation packages, hotel

reservations, airline tickets, etc.
