Start up operation for automotive packaging (dunnage) for Ford Motor, DCX,

Toyota and misc auto support suppliers. Operated as Controller, Production

Control Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Human Resources Manager as we were

building the operation. Member of the Executive Committee for the on going

continuing operation. Operations grew from $0 sales to $10.0 million sales

in 2010 with corresponding profits.

MOLDED MATERIALS INC. Plymouth Michigan Jan. 1993 to December 2002

Material Handling Solution Company providing design, tooling and precision

dunnage and trays for the Automation, Conveyor and related industries.

President and C.O.O for the first five years and Executive Vice President

and member of the Executive operating committee reporting to the

President/Owner for the balance. Sales had been level at $4.0 million for a

sustained period of time and increased to $18.0 million by the end of 2002.

Profits increased accordingly and customer based expanded.

Achieved ISO 9001 & QS 9000 quality systems award.

VOPLEX-HAPPICH Woodstock, Canada June 1991 to January 1993

Voplex a US, Corporation and Happich a German Corporation.
