Toyota and misc auto support suppliers. Operated as Controller, Production
Control Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Human Resources Manager as we were
building the operation. Member of the Executive Committee for the on going
continuing operation. Operations grew from $0 sales to $10.0 million sales
in 2010 with corresponding profits.

Material Handling Solution Company providing design, tooling and precision
dunnage and trays for the Automation, Conveyor and related industries.
President and C.O.O for the first five years and Executive Vice President
and member of the Executive operating committee reporting to the
President/Owner for the balance. Sales had been level at $4.0 million for a
sustained period of time and increased to $18.0 million by the end of 2002.
