Heavy Equipment/Mining Operations
I have been employed in one phase or another of the heavy construction /mining industries for over forty years. During this time I have run just about every type of iron and have either been an operator, supervisor, superintendent, safety officer, or owner. I run finish blade, paddle wheel, loader, scraper, dozer, track hoe, backhoe, water and compaction equipment as well as paving, drill and blast, crushing and materials classification equipment.
I have worked on many types of projects including: runways, highways, streets, commercial developments, subdivisions, channels, dams, reservoirs, etc., as well as copper, uranium, and Iron mines. I have current MSHA part 48 certification and have been accepted for the upcoming MSHA instructor’s class. I will supply any additional information upon request.
