involved in surface mining operations; I also have several years' experience in underground mining. I have used

32'. I managed a seven man crew, while overseeing production of two Furukawa 1200 Drills. Mobilization took
place on July 19, 04 work was completed and de-Mobilized occurred on August 25, 04. We shot approximately
125,000 lbs. of explosives while moving approximately 150,000 yards of rock. The rock produced was 12" or
minus, this product was used to surface the 8 miles of access road. All shot plans and patterns were prepared
daily. PSC was responsible for all safety, security, mags, set up and tear down of all equipment used

throughout job. Shots ranged from 150 to 600 lbs per shot.

Job Description: Widening of bridge within city limits on 1-70. Rock excavation of 1200 yards. Job
site located directly beneath church. Seismograph used due to nearby structures. Controlled blasting to
prevent vibration and fly-rock. Heavy shot security at all times due to location.
Job/Interstate 70-Debuque Canyon-Contractor/Pebble Haulers
Job Description: Road cuts through canyon. Shots ranged from 7,000 to 33,000 yards. Safety
measures were enforced at all times. Worked closely with highway department, state patrol and
railroad officials to maintain adequate highway control.
