OBJECTIVE:

To obtain a position where my experience and training may be fully utilized as proficient as a AutoCAD Designer / Drafter in MEP and Revit.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in developing Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection plans, using AutoCAD and in Revit MEP / BIM, ArcGIS and Navis. I have experience with Architectural and Engineering technical skills. I have the ability to adapt and successfully function in different environments and settings.

Experienced and knowledgeable of applicable such as International laws and regulatory codes pertinent to design and construction of the NEC, IBC, FBC, NFPA, ASME and LEED, Ability to design moderately difficult Engineering projects capable of interpreting blueprint readings and analyze a wide range of architectural & structural building components. Ability to handle multiple customer accounts, Budget and provide exceptional support as needed. I am able to express professional ideas clearly, concisely, both verbally and in writing as well as interpret accordingly. In addition I possess strong background and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (I.e. Word, Excel, etc.).

Trains subordinate CAD Operators and helps establish drafting standards for the company.

Purchases or recommends purchase of all needed hardware and supplies. Acts as initial contact with clients or other departments ensures the CAD systems are kept up to data with current hardware/software and ensures equipment is properly maintained.
