. Responsible in the effective implementation of safety program in the
facility.
. Responsible in gathering safety information from organized experience
and applying laws and regulation in order to identify risk and hazard to
the workers.
. Provides report on incidents/accidents and fire safety issues including
actions and recommendation to the management.
. Subject to on call duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in anticipation of
any incident that may transpire during working hours / unexpected
incident.
. Conducts facility-wide surveillance to identify hazards and correct
unsafe practices to prevent accident that can lead to loss of lives and
properties.
. Responsible in providing the management reports regarding surveillances,
unsafe practices, low risk, medium risk and high risk issues within the
facility and submits updated status of every issue, quarterly, semi -
annual and annual report.
