After the hotel received the signed contract, the event was turned over to

me to partner with the customer to create a great event. Coordinated

everything from sleeping rooms to menus,

meeting room set up and audio visual needs. Also took care of any special

needs outside of the hotel such as transportation, off site dining and

other unique services.

During a group's event I was the go to person for the group's onsite

contact. I would check in with them through out the day to make sure

everything is going well.

After the event has concluded, I over saw the final bill and payment.

Managed about thirty events a month mostly covering companies in the

transportation industries. Also did a lot of work with government groups.

Communicated all the desires and needs of the group to the hotel staff via

written and oral communications. Provided leadership to the staff to

implement procedures to service a group's needs.
