Seeking a job in an organization where I can prove to be an asset for the
company by being a team player for the achievement of the organizational
goals with success.
Specialization Projects
"Dissertation on Dark side of CRM in Hospitality industry" where I tried to
find out the gaps occurs between service provider and customer. To get the
effective finding out of it I applied GAP model.
"Product development of Bistro 51 restaurant, London" in which I conducted
a qualitative research to find out the current demand in the vicinity of
restaurant with the help of interview with Hotel guest.
