Duties include daily inventory, food costs, placing vendor orders, managing dinner shift and actively helping in all kitchen areas
as needed. With ServSafe credentials, I trained kitchen staff and helped them complete their California Food Handler certifications. Identified troubled areas and implemented better sanitary practices for all stations.
