Duties and Responsibilities: Operation of stationary engines, Diesel powered emergency Generators, Boilers and Liquid Chiller Machines used for interior heating and cooling of the Hospital plus any auxiliary equipment. Interpreting and logging readings on gauges, meters, charts and screens that indicate various aspects of the power plant equipment operation and condition. Chemical analysis and treatment of liquids used in hydronic closed loop systems, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Condensate Return Systems, Steam Converters, Chilled Water Systems, etc.
