Business Development

participated in over 75 Phase II & III clinical trials of various specialties.
• Developed hospitalist service for rural medical center in Alabama.
• Acted as an independent consultant providing operational leadership for an urgent care
group and facilitated negotiations between group and hospital to manage business.
• Designed, opened, and managed a five physician office for local cardiovascular group.

group. Designed the physician and mid-level productivity compensation plans, and
handled daily accounting, payroll, and payables.
• Provided operational leadership for occupational health group, developed and negotiated
budget for occupational health services clinic at Hyundai Motors Manufacturing
Alabama.
