Award Winning Historic Preservation Renovation of the Hathaway Mill Complex in
Waterville, Maine
$20+ million rehabilitation for a 5 story, 250,000 square foot, mult i-use
office/retail/residential building. The project was completed in mult iple phases on a fast-
t rack schedule and involved historic tax credits with the National Park Service.
Congregation Bet Ha’am Temple, South Portland, Maine. $4 million building addition and
renovation to an existing synagogue. The project was completed on an accelerated schedule
for a unique and complicated design by an award winning Canadian architecture fi rm on
schedule. Project involved performing all work on a confined site and maintaining the daily
operations of the synagogue.
Saint Anthony’s Catholic Church, Westbrook, Maine. Building renovations to an existing
Church and complete replacement of the existing heating system. Project involved removal
and reinstallation of existing stone wall panels, replacement of a commercial ki tchen and
bathroom facilities.
Managed the Complete Development, Approval, Design & Build-Out of $12+ million elderly
retirement community including a H UD financed health care facility. Project was
completed on t ime and with budget.
Performed Negotiations with Owner, estimating and value engineering with
A rchitect/Engineer Team, Project Management for Congregate Care apartment building &
parking garage complex. Project included 20’ deep cut and ledge removal adjacent to
occupied facility.
Complete Responsibility of Design-Build/Turn-Key Operations for numerous Health Care
Facilities, Public Safety/Town Offices, Financial Institutions, Hospital and Medical Offices,
