Lead Design, development, deployment and maintenance of the Risk Assessment Application, Rule

based Compliance monitoring system, Deloitte Learning Platform and Deloitte Learning Portal

Conceptualized, architected and delivered highly configurable and reusable frameworks and products that

enable to reduce cost and delivery timeframe. Identify and implement the developed products across

different business group and functions. Developed strong business knowledge and became a Subject

matter expert that enabled to deliver outstanding quality products in short time and less cost. Reduced

cost and delivery time for certain repetitive projects from 1 year to 1 month. This was achieved by

Design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of the DCO Portal across several different

clients in the Real Estate, Public Sector, and Mortgage Banking industries. DCO Portal is used for

extending the functionality of ERP and integrating with ERP packages. The Portal Processes scanned

invoice images, creates e-Invoices, sets up workflow for approval and Posts Invoice to back office ERP.

Property Acquisitions and investors and fund management could be handled through the Portal .

Get the Requirements from Clients and design a generic reusable product and framework that could be

used for multiple clients. This was used to bring multiple clients on board in a short time frame. Discuss
