worked together, on an almost daily basis, for more than seven years. During that

time span I have had hundreds of patients come to me to specifically praise Fred’s

Most importantly, Fred’s integrity is beyond reproach. When the inevitable

occasional problem does arise, Fred can be relied upon to promptly report the

concern.

Re: Mr. Fred Gilpin

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Gilpin at Intercommunity Cancer Centers

(ICC) in Leesburg and Lady Lake in Florida. My position at those centers was of

Chief Physicist and Manager of the Radiation Therapist's Team.

During the time Mr. Gilpin and I coincided at ICC we had an excellent

working relationship. Mr. Gilpin was very involved with all the details of treatment

which as a senior member of the team he performed very efficiently. He was also

very helpful in matters concerned with Quality Assurance of the equipment used in

Radiation Therapy. He performed daily tests at his center in Lady Lake. He

performed patient specific quality assurance tests (IMRT, etc…) under my

supervision. He also helped me regularly in Monthly and Annual testing of the

equipment. Mr. Gilpin is very organized and firm. He related well with the patients

and with the staff and with service professionals. He helped train several

junior therapists offering them all his expertise in the field. Mr. Gilpin was

certainly an asset for the department.

I recommend him with no concerns for any future endeavors he may want to

tackle.

Please do not hesitate to contact me personally with any questions about Mr.

Gilpin.

Sincerely,

Blas Caroprese
