Handling quality product delivery, overall operations involved in production planning including coordinating in marketing, manpower management, supplies and up-time of equipment.
Managing data related with productivity, service levels of the plant, out going product’s quality and rejection trends.
Planning Auto flowing of rejected items and handling processes for stocking agreement (VMI) for key account customers.
Handling manpower by reduced from 3 to 1 by implementing better system/processes for generating invoices.
