Responsibilities: administered and coordinated among all functions (sales,

airports, cargo) to ensure smooth and effective operations of the station,

advocated aggressive sales, customer service. Managed activities related to

budgeting, and performed competitive market analysis covering political,

economic, competition factors, new market potentials, sales projections and

. Significantly reversed adverse effects on travel to and from Thailand

during aftershock of 9/11, Asian Bird Flu, and the Tsunami through

editorial articles were the main attributes to fast recovery of market

panic.

established Germany as biggest revenue producing station in Europe. As

a result, production between Frankfurt, Germany and Bangkok, Thailand

increased from 10 flights to 14 flights weekly. Flights between

Munich, Germany and Bangkok, Thailand also increased from three to four

flights weekly. The German team was recognized as high achievers,

consistently reaching its sales goals.

. Elevated Thai Airways Philippines as the airline with unique and clever

sales and marketing approaches; which resulted in being recognized as

the official airline of the Philippine Olympic Committee with the

availability of the national sports stars as the airline presenters.

Examples of successful campaigns implemented included the Agents'

Games, THAI-Knock Offs, MTG.

. Implemented additional night flights out of Manila, Philippines to

Bangkok, Thailand with good connections to Europe and South Asia (in

addition to existing daily afternoon flights). The new concept was so

successful, especially among business travelers and connecting

passengers, that the flight was increased from four to six flights

weekly.

Accomplishments: Karachi, Pakistan

. Successfully initiated flights into Lahore, the second major commercial

gateway into Pakistan. Scope of work involved thorough research/study

of market viability (i.e., passengers, mail, and cargo), setting up

infrastructures e.g., sales team, offices, including securing

appropriate permits for flight operations and commercially viable slot

time (naturally at the objection of the national carrier of Pakistan).

Operations proved to be highly successful, leading to increases in

flight frequencies from three flights at conception to six weekly

flights.
