Recruited initially in a startup company to set up all aspects of finance and accounting. Additionally,
aided in setting up process and policy for the entire company. Handled both banking relationships to
secure adequate lines of credit and suppliers to insure open terms and sufficient inventory. Advanced
quickly to dual role of VP of Finance and Operations.
As President/COO, was in charge of all operations, while also acting as both VP of Finance and VP of
Sales/Marketing. I had a total of 16 employees reporting into the position; two (2) Vice Presidents,
five (5) Managers, with the balance being sales employees. Responsible for engineering business
processes, maintaining the business culture and driving our business philosophies.

• Established a standard quarterly meeting with supply side business partners to keep them
informed and maintain relationships.
• Spearheaded effort for ISO 9001 in 1999
• Installed and supported/trained employees on Macola enterprise software
• Successfully locked IMC in as the sole media converter supplier in the $9.8 billion
government contract let to EDS.
