- Support customers and Field Engineer in resolving hardware related problems,
- Troubleshooting, installing, and servicing scientific instruments, (Emulator
systems, Super- Computer, Data system, etc)
- Support customer sites to debug system, failure analysis to root cause and
preventive maintenance and repairs, including customer network server setup
- Maintain the field service database, software & hardware verification
