Work Experiences:-
1) IT Application Support Manager for Supreme Foodservice FZE, Dubai (Aug
2006 - till this date)
Supreme Group is a MNC with Headquarters at Netherlands dealing with the
Defence Food Contracts of different Military divisions(US,UK,UN) globally
with employee strength of 8000+.
Responsibilities:-
1) Detailed analysis of the business processes by each operational &
system area
2) Understanding the change requirements (system, data, training &
reporting)
3) Implementation of the AX and to ensure that all business requirements
are addressed in accordance with the business sub-unit needs.

II) Computer Engineer for Al Ain Dairy, Al Ain, (Oct 1998- Jul 2006)
Al Ain Dairy Data centre was equipped with 10 servers and Storage Area
Network (SAN) from EMC clarion, connected to the application server which
is in the clustered environment. Eight remote locations are connected to
the Data centre using VPN tunnelling through Cisco PIX firewall.
Responsibilities:-
1) Ensure that a reliable IT service exists and that all equipment which
support the staff in carrying out their daily duties at the company is
in order and at optimal performance.
2) Manage and maintains Microsoft Windows applications and systems
including but not limited to Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server
2003 and Microsoft Exchange.
3) System Administration of Great Plains ERP Package
4) Provide support and responsible for the resolution of network (LAN and
WAN) related problems.
5) Define and implement security policies to safeguard data and
information
6) IT Budget preparation and control & monitor the budget allocated to
ensure optimum allocation of resources to different departments of Al
Ain Dairy
7) Maintaining inventory for all IT related hardware, PC's, software,

II) Computer Aided Design Technician for Al Dana Leather Factory, Al Ain,
(Sept 1995- Sept 1998)
I was working in the CAD/CAM department which is utilising the most
advanced foot ware technology in the world and equipped with highly
sophisticated water jet systems for leather cutting. It consists of
Motorola based CAM work stations and Intel based CAD stations running
under Linux OS and connected to the windows network through PC-NFS Network
Operating systems.
Responsibilities:-
1) Digitizing various designs of sandals and shoes and creating the
different pieces of the design
which is used as the input data of CNC machine.
2) Making patterns of different pieces of design and plotting its graded
profiles.
3) Installation of new software, File management of the server & Software
maintenance.
4) Taking regular backups from the server and other CAD stations.
5) In-charge of the software part of the completely Computer Numerically
Control (CNC) high
pressure (3000 bar) water jet cutting and knife cutting(CAM) machine.
6) Routine, Preventive and Break-up maintenance of all computers in the
factory.
7) Actively involved in the installation of CNC knife cutter.
III) Software Technician for Middle East Lab, Abu Dhabi. (Jan '95 - Sept
'95):-
Middle East Lab was a newly established company engaged in the Geological
studies & Piling works. The company was conducting Soil Investigation
tests, Pile Integrity test, Cube test etc.
Responsibilities:-
1) Troubleshooting workstations, networks, software applications, and other
technologies.
2) Assessed the performance of the existing systems and presented a report
to the management for improving the efficiency of the existing systems.
3) Managed the installation of PITWAP (Pile Integrity Test Wave Analysis
Program) software specially used for detecting the defects in the piles.
Duties also involves dealing with Pile Integrity Test records from the
site and analysing the data and creating graphs and the pile profile
shapes.
4) Trained the Civil engineers of the company to use the PITWAP software.
IV) Technical Training Executive for Informatics Computer Centre, India. (
May '93 - Dec '94)
Informatics is the world leader in IT Training & Education, IT Products &
service, IT Consultancy and Research & Development having centres in
Malaysia, Bahrain, China, Honkong Thailand with H. Q. at Singapore.
Responsibilities:-
1) Supervised the computer lab equipped with 50 systems running under UNIX,
DOS & windows environment.

students and ensure that the rules and regulations of the lab are
