Experience
Currently, on administrative leave with severance from Paradigm Oil and Gas Inc... Paradigm is
a fully reporting, audited publically traded technology company which develops patented
technologies and solutions for the oilfield. Oversaw all operations and operated in the capacity of
Chief Operations Manager. Was in charge of hiring executives and overseeing all departments as
to development and compliance of the business plan of the company. Reviewed all projects and
presented an opinion to the officers and directly to the Board of Directors. In the last twelve
months was instrumental in the following areas: negotiating funding in an amount of Ten million
dollars through an S-1 filing, acquiring a term sheet for Five point five million in funding.
Additionally, through 144 Debt financing; was able to raise an amount of over One hundred and
fifty thousand dollars. Responsible for raising over a million dollars in funding through
miscellaneous financing. Conducted the negotiation of acquisitions of over One hundred Oil and
Gas wells. Worked with the Secretary of the Corporation to seek approval of use of technology
with the State regulatory agencies.
In the oil Field I have oversaw multimillion dollar projects which have included the mobilization
and use of Cranes, Work over rigs, Dozier’s, Road Maintainers, Bond logging Trucks, Front End
Loaders, 18 wheeler haulers, perforating trucks, etc. with over 80 employees at one time and in
excess of 200 wells. Managed the sales force to market services of equipment. Prepared budgets,
developed work plans and work tickets, coordinated with engineers, reported directly to the
board, co-developed business plans, supervised and implemented plan, met with State
compliance officials, maintained the project in compliance, oversaw and supervised the whole
operation.
Prior to Paradigm Oil and Gas and the oil and gas industry;
Served as an Executive with the Herman Group where responsibilities included the developed of
a five-year business plan for the Herman Group. The company contacted and explained complex
Prospectus, explained mergers, acquisitions and handled proxy votes for intuitions, banks and
private investor’s portfolio’s. The Herman Group assisted with company restructuring, Hostile
and Friendly Take-overs for multi-million dollar companies such as Sunshine Mining Fortune
500, Karl Icon, Crown Bristle Suites, and the Mc Neil partnerships . Arranged corporate finance
line of Twenty Five Million for the company; although they never used proceeds.
Served as COO for Inter National 3-D Telecom, a telecommunications company during the
period which the company foresaw an outstanding period of success in its’ history. Answered
directly to Ron McLennan, President (whom formerly was the third employee and executive of
United Telephone who later became Sprint United Telephone) and the Board of Directors. Was
also instrumental in negotiating and retaining an exclusive marketing agreement with Lentec
Corp., which was a subsidiary of the Nashika Corporation which developed high tech products
and was capitalized with over One-Hundred Million Dollars in corporate investment
partnerships. Responsibilities included a national marketing campaign to franchise purchasers of
the products, Independent Stores and Field Reps. Reporting to the Board of Directors as to the
status of the company for multiple areas.
Served as Executive Vice-President of VHA & Associates. The Company Managed over One-
Hundred Million Dollars in portfolios of assets and accounts for customers. Responsibilities
included nationwide marketing campaigns for Collection and Litigation accounts. Managed and
recruited the hiring of the marketing, sales, administration, collection specialist as well as
executive staff.
While in College and High School summers, I worked in construction and I sold Insurance--- Life,
Health, Property and Casualty: and also sold Mortgages.
