About Us: We’re a real estate investment trust. We purchase a large volume of residential properties (including foreclosures). We’re hiring a driver to take photographs so that we can more precisely evaluate properties. We are currently looking for a photographer for each county: Miami/Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach. Responsibilities: • Take residential property photography. • Upload photos each day. • Document property condition and observations and transfer the information electronically. • All photos will need to be current, time-stamped and geocoded before payment is processed. Company Requirements: • Company will provide camera/device for uploading information. • This is a contract position. • Drivers are paid per photo/information set only.
