Hired for Data Entry. One week later, I was selling software licenses. Three months later, Chancery Software purchased Misty City. I was one of two sales reps. who remained at Misty City, selling and renewing single- and multi-user Grade Machine software licenses. I was the liaison between Chancery in Burnaby, BC, and our US headquarters in Lynnwood, and the receptionist/ secretary. I electronically backed up company data at the end of each week and sent it to the Burnaby office. I ultimately took over managing the US headquarters office. When the recession hit in 2003, I was laid off.
