Background
B.E in Electrical and electronics engineering with 3 years of work
experience, which consists of 2 Years and 6 months of Experience in,
Engineering Design & Development in transformers division and 1 year in
electrical maintenance. Now Currently working as a Design Engineer in
Engineering dept in Transformer division.
Work Experience
Currently Working as a Design Engineer in M/s Indotech Transformers Ltd
Under taken by Prolec GE,India. I am working in Power Transformers &Large
power transformers designing up to 220 KV Class.
I have more experience in designing of 3 Phase oil filled Distribution,
Power & Large Power transformers (Electrical design) .
. Designing of three phase transformers of rating 3.15 MVA to 100 MVA as
per the IEC-76, IS-2026, standards.
. Designing of Three phase transformers, STACKED CORE type
constructions.
. Calculation of short circuit forces for final design.
. Calculation of various technical parameters like No load losses, load
losses, impedance, winding gradients, thermal ability to with stand
short circuit forces etc.
. Preparing the bill of materials as per the final design of transformer
and as per the customer technical specification..
. Co ordination with Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance
departments.
. Technical discussions with customers (if any) for getting the orders
and for getting the approval for manufacturing.
. Giving of Technical clarifications to customers.
. Preparation of technical specifications to various electrical
utilities.
