JOB DESCRIPTION:

> Scheduled / Unscheduled and special inspection /. Pre-flight, thru-

flight, basic post-flight.

> Visual check on random, battery compartment, APU / GTC, SPR panel,

ground check-out valve panel, air deflector, refrigeration compartment

for general condition and interior lights, instrument, circuit

breakers, and panels.

> Top of the wing inspection of dry bay for fluid and fuel leaks, and

for general condition of horse collars, life rafts compartments,

exterior lights and fuselage skin.

> Inspection of MLG for evidence of fluid leaks, tire and wheel damage.

> Visual check of MLG interior for general condition and security,

evidence of fluid leakage. Cleaning and lubrications of tire and wheel

ball screws, shoes and tracks.

> Visually check engines and propeller exterior cowlings, access panels

and nacelles for general condition and security, evidence of fluid,

oil and fuel leaks.

> Visual check of empennage and control surfaces for condition and

security.

ENGINE PROPULSION:

> Compressor washing

> Engine Package Works

> Engine Leak Test

> Oil Servicing

> Removal and Replacement of Thermocouples

> Removal and Replacement of fuel and oil filters

GROUND HANDLING includes but not limited to:

> Placing of wheel chocks of MLG tires

> Installation of toeing bar

> Connecting Static Ground Wires

> Installation of NLG Safety Lock Pin

> Removal / Installation of excluders, plugs and protective covers

> Perform Marshalling

> Jacking of aircraft ( preferred of alternate method )

> Mooring of aircraft

AIRCRAFT SERVICING:

> Servicing hydraulic system reservoir ( booster, utility and auxiliary

)

> Removal / Replacement of fuel and oil filters

> Servicing of MLG and NLG tires with nitrogen

> Servicing of landing gear shock struts

> Tire build-up and installation

> Aircraft brake assembly build - up and installation

> Nose wheel steering check

> Servicing engine oil

> Servicing gear box oil

LUBRICATION:

> Greasing of NLG, MLG and gear doors greasing points

> Greasing of wing flaps drive system

> Lubrication of flight controls, latches and controls

AEROSPACE GROUND EQUIPMENT:

> Service aircraft with ground power unit

> Operation of external power unit
