various residential remodels for kitchen and bath projects in the Atlanta

area, GA

. Designed and developed construction documents for interior build outs for

commercial remodels in the Atlanta area, GA

Project Architect

. Collaborated in the design and responsible for the production of contract

documents, consultant coordination and construction administration for

the $185M interior remodel, New Food Court, and new lifestyle center

addition to Stones River Mall in Murfreesboro, TN.

. Responsible for the design, consultant coordination and production of

contract documents for the Apple Blossom Mall in Richmond, VA. Project on

hold due to financial crisis.

. Provided construction administration for the $42M interior remodel and

Food Court expansion at the Cordova Mall in Pensacola, Fl.

. Collaborated in the construction administration for site development for

the 65 acre Carolina First corporate campus in Greenville, South

Carolina. This project is trying to attain LEED Gold certification for

campus landscape and buildings.

Home Depot - Atlanta, GA 2004-2006

Project Manager Store Design

. Designed and developed concepts for new initiatives in the Bath Showroom,

Closets and Organization and Hardware Departments, successfully enhancing

customer experience while lowering initial proposed budget.

. Managed and coordinated prototype development of Merchandising Capital

Projects. Management required working with all related departments and

Senior Executive Group for approvals and Project execution.

. Technical team leader for all aspects in the creation of retail

environments, including cost estimating and analyzing existing

conditions. Researched design/construction codes. Reviewed technical

drawings and all supporting documents for field implementation.

merchandise plans for new store and remodels, producing construction cost

. Participated in the strategic planning and cost estimating of 54 Expo

Stores for 2004 SOAR remodels with the VP's for Merchandising and

Operations, with an approx. budget of $13 million.

. Monitored Expo Project Requests for store renovations from request

approvals to project execution.

. Ordered and followed up on fixtures and equipment for new stores to

ensure on time delivery.

. Pioneered the development of construction documents for stores interior
