Objective: I'm seeking a position as a construction Foreman or

Superintendent which would utilize my skills developed over the past 25

years. Including but not limited to bringing jobs in below costs and on

time. Running crews and sub-contractors with as many as 20-contractors &

company profit margins compared with the 4 other superintendents.

. Was a mentor and instructor to many of the companies new hires.

. Was flexible to work nights and weekends in order not to disrupt

companies work-flow.

. Working nights and weekends traveled the USA installing fixtures for

Dillards Dept Stores

. Following blueprints I was in charge of making sure the fixtures were

put in properly the first time following strict time-lines. Each job

lasted roughly six months until we moved on to next Dillards project.
