. Foreclosure on a $235 million loan secured by an apartment

portfolio.

. Development of a $60 million retail center anchored by two large

retailers.

. Valuation and sale of a $113 million partially redeveloped

lab/office campus.

. Leasing and sale of a distressed industrial portfolio, including

450 acres of land and 1 million sf of industrial space.

. Provided on-going and quarterly portfolio level reports for

occupancy/rollover projections, budget variance explanations, debt

reporting, and multi-year projections of cash inflows/outflows.

. Generated property budgets and strategic plans for operating and

distressed assets.

. Coordinated the property appraisal process and review of quarterly

appraisals for accuracy.

. Reviewed and analyzed new leases, purchase and sale agreements, joint

venture/operating agreements, property condition reports, and other

legal documents.

. Managed third party relationships for various projects, including

leasing/sale brokers, property managers, legal counsel,

engineering/environmental consultants, tax consultants, and joint

venture partners.
