Recruited into a newly created position to provide strategic business and

originator/broker specializing in commercial and primary, secondary,

investment and specialty residential real estate loans; and high-end

residential mortgage specialty firm

Capitalized on emerging opportunities in the mortgage banking industry,

leading the start-up and rapid growth of the Wall Street office, and

developing a book of business among New York-based individuals and private

investors. Concurrently formed a commercial brokerage and consulting
