encompassing statutory and regulatory changes, including analysis,
drafting, execution and IRS review and approval. Managed EGTRRA
restatement project, resulting in $1.65 million revenue over a 2 year
period.
( Effectively represent clients before regulatory agencies with respect to
a wide range of routine audit and issue specific tax qualification
matters.
( Provide benefits advisory and drafting support to corporate transactions
involving the merger or spin-off of seller and buyer sponsored executive
compensation, retirement and health & welfare benefit programs.
