Planning Coordinator for an "end-to-end" provider of reliable, high

quality, cost-efficient PPV and Video-On-Demand digital content to major

Cable operators in Latin America.

*Planning and obtaining approved VOD and PPV material (features and promos)

from major motion picture studios and other programming providers including

Universal, Disney, MGM, Paramount, FOX, MTV, BBC all within available

licensed windows of time as allowed by each provider.

*Created and streamlined process through a manual centralized Excel

Operations 'checklist' that included statuses on all elements needed for

each title involved. This centralized document eventually evolved into an

important "live" tool that was constantly used as an ongoing information

base to all departments. Periodically updated this checklist for changes

and programming errors; proofreading, translation, internet research for

synopsis, metadata, posters, etc This resulted in a reduction in

errors and redundancy in orders, and creating order in the process as

content and studio contracts grew at a rapid pace. The information used in

this checklist was later automated and included in the company's new

Broadview database.

*Made sure to receive correct audio versions, formats and subtitling needs

for clients in Spanish and Portuguese by dealing directly with studio

distributors, translators, dubbing laboratories and studio technical

vendors.

*Maintained accurate and up-to-date inventories of all content received for

company statistical and reference use.

*Confirmed invoicing of acquired material, assuring strict accuracy of
