were operational. Performed bi-yearly qualification/verification testing -

Lead engineer for the product line of mobile handset manufacturers in

Croatia. Defined test cases that the mobile handset needed to pass in order

for operator testing to start. Supported the organization with product

presentations with the customers, marketing input, service repair of mobile

handsets, and creating import licenses for each product.

Key Achievements:

Implemented service center repair procedures, customer support procedures,

and created a web based environment so that the end user could be updated

of the service status

Lead a project that used a GPS Benefon ESC! to help in the efforts of de-

mining parts of the country. Project gave way to using GPS systems to track

mines and help the military to more effectively map mine fields and de-mine
