cost containment and ensuring all regulatory deadlines met. Project had political
aspects and required coordination with the Mayors Office of the City of LA and the
L A City Council. Was the liaison with the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality
Control Board, the Port of Los Angeles and the public.

ensure regulatory compliance – especially Ti tle V.
