Develop proof-of-concept pilot on-demand training system incorporating

Captivate demos and simulations. Responsible for all templates, master

pages and cascading style sheets for project, as well as course

development standards for on-demand system. Developed Captivate

presentation addressing the history and future of in-flight

entertainment systems. Developed plans for new products coming online to

meet the training needs of internal employees as well as airline cabin

and maintenance crews. Mentored and trained department staff in the use

of RoboHELP, Captivate and advanced features of Office.

. 2007 - 2009: Senior Course Developer, Wonderware / Invensys, Lake

Forest, CA

Develop ILT, RIL and wbt courses, trade show and seminar workshops and

ILTs, Getting Started cbt, and other training materials, for enterprise,

SCADA and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) applications. Conduct training

needs assessment studies as needed and participate in training

development from project launch to gold training products/class. Work

with Product Management, Technical Support, Tech Pubs, trainers and

SMEs. Audit lab validation sessions and beta classes and implement

corrections and edits to course. Verify all Spanish and Hebrew

translations of product for grammar, accuracy and language use.

. NRPI/LandAuction.com: Produced procedural engineering documentation

(flow charts, sop's, help files, etc.). Also, delivered training

materials for escrow & compliance associates involved in the purchase

of raw land. Managed and mentored team.

. Impac Mortgage Corporation: Supported Risk Management division of

mortgage company by researching and creating SOX-compliant procedural

and control documentation. Managed and mentored team.

. Argent Mortgage Corporation: Worked with Auditors and management of

wholesale mortgage company to deliver SOX-compliant procedural and

control documentation, and developed intranet-based help files.
