Develop proof-of-concept pilot on-demand training system incorporating
Captivate demos and simulations. Responsible for all templates, master
pages and cascading style sheets for project, as well as course
development standards for on-demand system. Developed Captivate
presentation addressing the history and future of in-flight
entertainment systems. Developed plans for new products coming online to
meet the training needs of internal employees as well as airline cabin
and maintenance crews. Mentored and trained department staff in the use
of RoboHELP, Captivate and advanced features of Office.
. 2007 - 2009: Senior Course Developer, Wonderware / Invensys, Lake

Develop ILT, RIL and wbt courses, trade show and seminar workshops and
ILTs, Getting Started cbt, and other training materials, for enterprise,
SCADA and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) applications. Conduct training
