Strong Points, Experience, and Talents
Operations and project management skills, communication, diplomacy,
multitasking, along with organizing team players are my strong points.
Applied experience includes: risk management, leeds construction, DOE
compliance, ADA casp, client liaison, entitlements, spec writing, project
estimating, contract writing. One of my talents is seeing beyond the scope
of a project, then knowing who and how to create the Client's request.
Another talent is troubleshooting, as I believe there is no such thing as a
loosing scenario, but rather giving one the opportunity to use creative
ways, techniques, and foresight to overcome any event or issue that may
appear to be nonproductive and/or unapproachable. "Be the best in what
we know and team it with others."
