Small business owner and sole proprietor. Awarded certification as WBE
(Women's Business Enterprise) in May 2007 and recertification on an
annual basis since that time. Self published What Haven't They Told
Me? in April 2006. Coordinate all sales, marketing, accounting and
distribution efforts nationwide. Market and distribute educational
books and materials, including the Let's Get Ready! series, SchoolWise
books, Stories with Holes and KleenSlate products. As distributor,
established relationships with 25+ new school districts, resulting in
more than $60K in sales. Consult with other authors on the self-
publishing process and provide freelance writing and copy editing
services on articles, manuscripts, marketing materials, newsletters

Worked with Board of Directors, vendors, event committees, staff,
media and community volunteers to develop, plan and execute lucrative
fund raising events, including Playhouse Fantasy and annual Golf
