. Responsible for coordinating and expediting all aspects of real
estate development for Company and Franchise units, including
the review of contracts/leases, surveys, site plans,
environmental assessments and title commitments. Maintained the
regions "development" database (DevCom) system as well as the
region's Expesite database system.
. Worked closely with our Legal Department in facilitating the
closing process for properties Wendy's had purchased or leased
throughout the West Region. I also worked closely with the
Title Companies, Surveyors, Engineers, Soils and Environmental
