from eighty to two-hundered appraisal orders per day. Keeping in constant

contact with appraisers and loan officers in order to provide the customer with the

best product. Working closely with Under Writing to ensure house is fundable.

Once final product is received from appraiser the report is to be thoroughly

looked over before uploading and providing it to loan officers. This position

specifically handles exceptions items that are 1-3 days old/or escalated items

referred by Customer Care.

Responsible for processing all appraisal invoices and their corresponding data

into company system. Tasked with receiving anywhere from two-hundred to five-

hundred appraisal invoices per week and preparing them in alphanumeric order

before applying them to Excel. Mailing and filing all appraiser related checks and

company journal entries. Company journal entry numbers range one-hundred to

two-hundred per week. Other clerical duties include contacting vendors for W-9's,

pulling back up files, prepare emails to various vendors, training new employees,

and dealing with all appraiser related concerns. Also, developed and designed

filing system for Accounts Payable and Receivable Departments. Proficient in

Mirco Soft Outlook, Word, Excel, internet, etc.
