General Manager, surpassing Supervisor positions as requested by the
Associate Director of Ohio University Campus Recreation and Director of
Bird Arena.
. Facilitated a fundamental budget restructure that eliminated a 33%
deficit in 2009 to generate positive savings in 2010.
. Served on the hiring committee that placed graduate students in Sports
Marketing and Facility Management programs into GA positions increasing
revenue and productivity in advertisement and facility operations.
. Developed Learn Hockey and Men's League Hockey, two of the facility's
fastest growing and highest revenue generating programs. Both
participation and revenue jumped 500% from previous years in the 2010
season.
