• Managed U.S. corporate cash position which included over 100 accounts with five major U.S.

banks. Prepared cash flow forecasting projections for current and next month, with daily updates

based on data received from various internal departments.

merger realized a reduction of 80% and within three years total average balances were reduced to $2

million resulting in best performance since metric was developed in 1998.

recurring cash transactions, improve maturity management of commercial paper program and utilize

historical transactions as basis for determining monthly cash flows resulting in higher degree of

accuracy.

investment rates and bank service fees:

• Unocal acquisition: eliminated investment services, $6,000 annual savings; increased

• Accelerated ACH funds concentration for credit card operations, reducing daily balances
