approval process for access to Nuclear Weapon Data. Manage all visits
involving disclosure of classified data by National Nuclear Security
Administration or contractor personnel to ensure appropriately cleared
and approved foreign national visitors.
? Thoroughly review all visit requests to ensure all paperwork is
accurate and complete, then approve or disapprove each visit request
for Sigma's 1-11. Responsible for forward Sigma's 12-20 requests to
the appropriate individual via e-mail.
? Responsible for entering all approved visits into the Weapon
Data Access Control system.
? Maintain and protect encrypted and entrusted Personal Identity
Information files for more than 15,000 travelers a year.
? Provide customer service daily to individuals regarding
questions and concerns with completing the DOE F 5631.20 for approval
(i.e. faxing, filing, e-mailing the most recent DoD List of Certifying
Officials to ensure the proper signatures are on all visit request,
along with researching and pulling hard copies of visit request on a
case by case base.
? Responsible for coordinating visits of British citizens to the
United States and United States citizens to the United Kingdom.
Liaison to British Embassy- managed, analyzed, and secured all details
involving the British visits.
? Attend routinely Branch staff meetings to ensure the needs of

Operations as requested.
. Serve as the Classified Control Station Operator; prepare and handle
all incoming and
outgoing classified material for the office according to DOE security
guidelines.
. Collect and distribute mail for the office, ensure equipment
performance by arranging for routine maintenance, timely servicing and
