Description: SunTrust DIME (Data Integration and Movement

Engine) is an environment built on 'Hub and Spoke' model. It

is designed to extract data only once from any given system,

transform that data as many times for as many projects as

possible, and Load that data to other systems.

DIME is central framework serving as the Enterprise Data Hub

for all system to system data transfer, and holds all the

transformation logic performed on data between source and

target (Technical Metadata), the lineage data as it moves

between systems (Operational Metadata), and the business

definition of source and target data stores (Business

Metadata).

Responsibility:

Prepare the Data Mapping document for the ETL Project work.

Prepare the Project plan for the project deliverables and

monitor all the project deliverables.

transfer funds, pay bills etc. Deposit Account Balances

reflect up to the minute branch and ATM transactions, as well

as same day money transfers, payments and advances directly to

and from loan accounts.

This project would enable the bank to discontinue the Focus

and Web Focus Licenses when they are due for expiry in August,

2007 and hence cut down the recurring infrastructure,

Focus and Web Focus.
