ACADEMIC PROJECTS
. Designing of Implantable Insulin Pump (Prof. C.T Lin of CSUN
Mechanical Department, Medical Devices). Where we learned how muscles
work and what is the effect of insulin on body. Also designed
implantable insulin pump for diabetes patient according to the
specification and needs of the patient successfully and choose the
material for the insulin pump such that it will not harm the patient
and the battery runs for at least 3 years.
. Electronic Power steering system for the car. Where we build advance
steering system which has more precision.
. Automated Door Opening System using PLC (Allen Bradley). Where we
programmed successfully Allen Bradley PLC SLC 500 system and operated
three doors simultaneously using one PLC.
. Designing and optimizing the paper frog using the DMAIC method such
that there is minimum wastage of material, the frog looks good and has
minimum of 20 jumping cycles and can jump more than 1 meter.
. Designed a Engraved fish part, its tool path using Mastercam X2 and
cut the part on a CNC m/c
. Designed working model of an Autonomous Mobile Robot using Encoders,
DC motors and aluminum frames. Where motors were tuned according to
the specification that Prof. C.T Lin gave using National Instrument's
motor driver and then platform was controlled using LABView software
by taking feedback from the encoders.
. Designing of 3 Axes CNC Drilling Machine using Solidworks. In which
CNC machine parts are assembled according to the existing system but
change the old part with the latest part available which makes CNC
machine fast, reliable and accurate than before.
