Dear Sir,
The enclosed resume highlights my business-to-business sales experience
with two employers over the past twenty years. My most recent employment
was with a distributor of air conditioning products. I held the positions
of Territory Manager and Light Residential Sales Manager. As Light
Residential Sales Manager, I was responsible for the P&L and all activities
in the sale of three product lines. In both positions, I prospected and
established relationships with key executives and developed their
confidence and trust. This requires strong organizational skills and the
ability to communicate effectively at all levels. I have often been
complimented on my interpersonal skills.
With downturns in the economy, the company has downsized and I am seeking a
challenging new position. You will find me to be an ethical, results-
oriented sales professional, with high energy and strong follow-up skills.
I have a proven record in consultative selling, partnering with my
customers to ensure profitability for them and for my company.
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss my background in greater
detail in a personal interview.
Sincerely,
Colette Y. Cox
