Assist attorney in the daily activities and functions of client and case
management by performing the following duties. Other duties may be
assigned. Open and set up new files. Organize and maintain case files,
research files, and miscellaneous files to enable retrieval of documents.
Prepare cases for demand. Maintain communication with clients via phone,
email, fax, etc. to obtain information and keep them apprised of case
status. Gathers and organizes litigation materials (medical records, bills,
insurance records, expenses, etc.) from appropriate parties, such as
