Completed work on various commercial and residential remodeling design/build projects up to

800,000.00 in value, including the set-up of a chain of Cingular wireless stores in Northern

Illinois and Southern Wisconsin (also constructed five custom log homes within the same

regions).

Project: Victorian Country Subdivision – Project Manager 1996-2000

Pat-Ex Properties

Set-up models for a semi-custom Victorian home project in Woodstock, IL. Controlled all

bidding, sub-contracts, and building department interaction. Hired and managed in-house

concrete, rough framing, and trim crews, handled client design changes, contracts, change orders,

and punch-lists. Developed, and programmed a sales tracking, job

tracking/scheduling/tasking/punch list, and payout program (using Fox-Pro for Windows).

Project: Cary Point Industrial Park – Project Manager 1990-1996

I worked as the project manager for construction of various industrial telecommunication

facilities, warehouse additions, and industrial remodeling (including the placement of a church in

an 110,000 s/f industrial building).

Worked with city administrations for annexation, subdivision approval, and building programs,

and served as an assistant construction manager. Designed, developed, and programmed a

computer payout process and cost tracking (D-base IV), property management accounting
