Hydrogen Facility Replacement – Chevron Richmond Refinery Energy and Hydrogen Renewal

Project (EPC) The goal was to increase the flexibility of refine products, increased the efficiency

and reliability of new and existing equipment.

Scope was Detail Engineering of the Hydrogen Plant, HYCUP Units and the new Cogeneration

Power Plant.

2006 - 2008 Piping Designer, Foster Wheeler, Houston, TX USA

Delayed Coker Unit – Reliance Jamnagar Export Refinery Project (EPC) . Coking enables

Residual Oil a sub-product from processing crude to be broken down into Light Gas and Heavy Gas

Oil to enhance the overall efficiency of the refinery.

Execute Detail Engineering around Furnace, Steam Tracing Packages and other misc. piping.

Delayed Coker Unit – Valero Port Arthur Refinery Project (EPC) .

Performed pipe design and equipment modelling using PDS software

Delayed Coker Unit – Sinclair Expansion Project (EPC). Task involved was

to develop plot plan and equipment layout.

Diamine Receiver Hall Upgrade – GSK Alliance Project (GES) . Routine maintenance to replace

old piping

2005 - 2006 Piping Designer, Fluor Daniel Phil’s, Alabang, PH

Utilities, Infrastructure and Polyethylene Upgrade – Olefins II Kuwait (EPC) . A Joint venture of

Equate and Dow Chemical was formed to construct the new facility for Ethylene, Oxide, and Glycol

products.

2004 - 2005 Designer I, DASH-MES Engineering Phil’s, Cebu, PH

Offsites and Utilities – Jubail Chevron Phillips Project (EPC) . The new facility produced styrene

a precursor of polystyrene used in many industrial products namely plastics, rubber and construction

materials.
