Work Experience:
iSmart International Ltd, Mumbai, India
1) Title : Tail Gate Still Cover
Client : TATA MOTORS
Role : FEA Analyst
Description:
The mesh is generated on the surface and made offset for the entire
above component with all quality criteria such as Aspect Ratio, Min Angle,
Max Angle, and Length using Hypermesh. The element type used is Tria3.
Static Analysis has done using ANSYS.
2) Title : Meshing of Dash Board
Client : PDE
Role : FEA Analyst
Description:
The model is used for Crash Analysis so Min Length was the criteria.
The model is imported into Hypermesh using I.G.E.S. Translator and then
mesh is generated on the mid surface with all quality criteria like
Warpage, Aspect Ratio, Min Length, and Min Angle & Max Angle. The Mesh is
delivered with the stipulated time.
